Our History
Brandon’s family has a retail business in Columbia, South Carolina, King’s Jewelers, that has been in business since 1946. Brandon’s grandfather, Nathan Picow, worked everyday until he passed away in January of 2021 at 96.
Brandon’s father, Ian Picow, and uncle, Jeffrey Picow, run the business today. Brandon started his company, King’s Capital, and named it in honor of his grandfather and family — who taught him so much about what it means to run a business in the right way, take care of your clients, and put your family first.
As part of Brandon’s mission for helping others, King’s Capital donates to each sellers charity of their choosing and will present a check at the closing.

Once we discuss the details of your property, the King’s Capital team will underwrite the deal and make you a fair offer right away.

Step 3: Sign Offer
Once both parties have signed the offer letter, our inspection coordinator will reach out to schedule the inspection at a time that’s most convenient for you.

Step 4: Close On Your Timeline
Once the inspection occurs and due diligence is performed, we will close on your timeline and you will receive an all-cash deposit into your bank account.
